CAPACITY STRENGTHENING
We provide a full range of advocacy capacity strengthening services including in-person workshops, online webinars, remote learning communities, facilitated policymaker engagement, and much more. Recognizing that advocacy skills are only one component of capacity strengthening, we partner with others to provide supplemental expertise in organizational development, policy communications, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

We support organizations to pursue the resources, structures, and systems needed to expand or shift functions – and mentor or coach the staff who implement them to increase institutional impact.
